About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Farm Manager Assistant to join our team in George. As an integral part of our farm operations, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the farm, working closely with our experienced team to ensure efficient and effective farming practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily farm tasks and maintenance
- Operate farm equipment and tools under supervision
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Support farm operations during peak periods
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 10 advantageous)
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Practical, task-driven approach to work
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work Monday to Friday and every second weekend
