About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Polokwane, with a strong background in commercial sales and dealership management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturer and distributor requirements, as well as governance and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure effective service and parts delivery to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Adhere to governance and compliance regulations
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Minimum 5 years Dealer Principal experience (Commercial experience advantageous)
- Basic Business and Financial acumen
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturer and Distributor requirements
- Sound understanding of sales, service, and parts
- Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations and requirements
