• BTech or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
• Marketing and/or Finance qualification advantageous
• Strong PC literacy
• Minimum 8 years’ industry experience with exposure to finance and staff management
• At least 5 years’ successful experience managing a department of similar size
• Strong technical background
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong business, financial, and customer focus
