About the Role

We are seeking a practical and analytical Business System Process Analyst to join our team at Wheco Holdings. As a key member of our Business Systems and Processes team, you will play a crucial role in analysing operations, optimising workflows, and supporting digital platforms that enable teams across the business to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
  • Support enhancements to ERP and other digital business platforms
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and user documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation and adoption of changes

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Clear communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple business departments

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
  • At least 2 years experience working with ERP or operational business systems
