About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Internal/Counter Sales professional to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting quotations
- Processing orders on SYSPRO
- Validating customer purchase orders
- Ensuring dispatch have allocated and delivered the correct stock to customers
- Multi-tasking with managing several orders simultaneously
- Processing inter-branch transfers timeously
- Providing high-quality customer service
- Maintaining excellent communication skills
- Demonstrating administrative aptitude
Requirements
- Matric
- 2-5 years in internal sales, specifically dealing with industrial products and customer base
- Proven experience in drafting quotations
- Experience processing orders on SYSPRO
- Ability to validate customer purchase orders
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
