Job Summary

DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE Managing of Rental properties allocated to you. This portfolio of properties could change from time to time Ensuring the company clients` requirements and interests are attended to. Attending to clients` complaints and resolving of these Undertaking credit checks with applicants Completing lease documents Explaining the lease agreements Ensuring all fees relating to the application and lease agreement are paid Providing and explaining conduct rules where applicable Maintenance to liaise with the owner and if required arranged by the agent Collection of monthly rentals from tenants, using our TPN monitoring system, and any new system that may be introduced Promote ongoing good relationships with both clients and members of staff Adhering to company policies and procedures Updating Rental App You may be required to work after Hours at times Produce monthly performance stats for Rentals invoiced, Rents received, Rent Arrears, Admin, units to rent, and active tenants

Requirements:

Strong Admin Skills Background in the property industry will count in your favour Own transport
