About the Role
You will be at the heart of the product function, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure products are not only technically sound but also aligned to market needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams
- Own and prioritise the product backlog within an Agile environment
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment
- Champion a customer-centric approach, improving user experience and solving real problems
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Track and measure product success using KPIs and data-driven insights
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive ideas from concept to launch
- Proven experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to translate insights into product improvements
- Solid technical understanding and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical thinking
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
