About the Role
As a Control Room Operator at Falcon Risk Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security control room. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to various security systems, while also coordinating with on-ground teams and clients as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), alarms, access control, and communication channels.
- Coordinate response to incidents and dispatch on-ground teams as required.
- Maintain a high standard of vigilance and reporting.
- Maintain logs, incident reports, and ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
- Liaise with security teams, emergency services, and clients where applicable.
Requirements
- Skills in monitoring and responding to security systems.
- Ability to coordinate responses to incidents.

Qualifications
