About the Role
Rent a Store is seeking a dynamic front desk agent to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing self-storage rentals and debt collection while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, online, email, and walk-ins.
- Sign up customers for storage lease agreements.
- Collect debts and manage accounts.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Manage existing customers and maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent data accuracy.
- Driven and goal-oriented with outstanding communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Sales/Debtors background.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Own transport/Public Transport is required.
- Must reside in the Hatfield area.
