About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in Building Services to join our client’s team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and building services, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design and detail electrical engineering solutions for building services.
Prepare and manage designs, drawings, cost estimates, and technical reports.
Interact directly with clients to understand and fulfill project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and provide site supervision.
Conduct audits and provide technical support to employees.
Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress and requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the electrical engineering field with a focus on building services.
Proficiency in software tools: MS Office, Revit, Relux (or similar), AutoCAD.
Demonstrated experience in building services, municipal services, bulk services.
Proven track record of conducting site inspections, audits, and providing site supervision.
Ability to provide technical support and guidance to employees.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to write comprehensive technical reports.
BSc or higher degree in Electrical Engineering.
Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer.
