About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel’s human resources functions. With a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, you will provide exceptional support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Process payroll inputs and manage leave administration
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary procedures
  • Assist managers with HR policies, guidance, and general support

Requirements

  • HR qualification (Diploma or Degree)
  • 2–3 years’ HR Officer experience in a hotel environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English
