About the Role
We are seeking a confident and capable Human Resources Officer to support the full HR function in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and efficient workplace that aligns with our company’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Process payroll inputs and manage leave administration
- Support employee relations and disciplinary procedures
- Assist managers with HR policies, guidance, and general support
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and hotel HR standards
Requirements
- HR qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- 23 years of experience as an HR Officer in a hotel environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Valid South African ID
