About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team as part of an internship programme. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist in identifying business needs and developing solutions to improve processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying business needs and developing solutions to improve processes and systems
- Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for DMS functionalities and application support
- Participate in process mapping and basic IT support principles
Requirements
- Matric and/or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems or related field like Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or DMS reporting tools advantageous (not required)
