About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project HOD to lead our projects in Pretoria-West. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading technical teams, and driving business growth through effective financial management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Define scope, set objectives, and monitor progress
  • Manage changes to scope, timelines, and costs while reporting performance outcomes to management
  • Control project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved
  • Identify risks proactively and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
  • Supervise project teams, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote a strong performance culture

Requirements

Proven experience in project management and leading technical or industrial teams

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

High level of integrity and strong leadership capability

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
