About the Role
As a Sales and CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with management to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular client visits to assess account needs and provide on-site support
- Plan and conduct client visits based on account analysis
- Support employers and clients with account/claim resolution (onsite and telephonic)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide on-site registration and training
- Liaise with management on all client matters
- Submit weekly feedback on visits, training, collections, and queries
- Conduct market and industry research to identify new business opportunities
- Report weekly on sales activity and progress
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid drivers license
- Experience in client relations
- Advantageous: Tertiary qualification
- Advantageous: Medical claims experience
- Skills & Competencies:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fast learner and adaptable
