About the Role

Our client in the Construction industry is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of contract conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit all prequalification documentation accurately and completely as per tender specifications.
  • Tender preparation and submission
  • Client liaison
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Any other additional tasks which are required from time to time

Requirements

  • BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree
  • Knowledge of contract conditions e.g. FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC
  • A minimum of 10 years estimating experience in both Building and Civil Industry

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications: BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree
