Our client in the IT Industry has an IT Systems Development (Coding) Learnership program in their institute.

Key Responsibilities:
• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems

Skills and Experience:
• Be a South African citizen by birth (All races can apply)
• Be between the ages of 18-34
• Candidate must have a valid Diploma/Degree in Information Technology – System Development
• Candidate must have a clear criminal record
• Be presentable and have good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must not be employed or studying full time
