About the Role
Managed People Solutions is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team as part of a structured internship program in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This 12-18 month opportunity will equip you with essential skills and hands-on experience in merchandising, providing valuable industry knowledge and improving your employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock requirements
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
- Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
- Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions
- Accurately record merchandising activities
- Execute calls as per call cycle
Requirements
- Aged 18-28 years
- NCV Level 4 or N6 TVET Certificate
- Looking to complete a workplace experience internship
- No work experience needed (training will be provided)
