About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a prominent Systems Integrator and Industrial Automation Specialist, is seeking an experienced Senior E, C&I Site Lead to provide industrial automation and/or electrical solutions in a project setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the aluminum industry and a strong background in electrical/automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team, including Project Leads and construction staff.
- Support project leads with customer proposals.
- Assign projects to leads and monitor profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
- Plan for human resource needs and address skill gaps.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to help secure new projects.
- Provide performance feedback to the CEO/COO.
- Guide project leads on payment claims and invoicing.
- Review quality assurance procedures and tenders before submission.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the aluminum industry required and a background in mining is advantageous.
- PMP Certification with 15+ years in an Electrical/Automation project environment, OR
- Trade Test Certificate (Instrumentation or Electrical) with 15+ years of experience, OR
- National Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience, OR
- BSc/BEng in Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
- ECSA registration is a plus.
