About the Role

We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, supporting various departments including Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, communicate, and service Customers, Sales, Logistics, Purchasing and Production departments, Vendors and distributors
  • Manage customer orders (product availability, payment price, requirements etc.)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing KPI’s, current and lost orders
  • Fulfilment of ERP system processes

Requirements

  • Commercial education/related tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years in customer service desk/sales/supply chain in preferable chemical industry
  • ERP knowledge
  • Office Tools S&OP
  • Fluent English language skills

Salary & Benefits

R20 000 – R24 000 p.m. depending on experience
