About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to lead our client’s workshop operations in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations and workflow, ensuring quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics
- Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
- Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards
- Manage job allocation and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
- Ensure health and safety compliance in workshop
- Conduct quality inspections on completed work
- Drive team performance and productivity
- Liaise with service advisors and management
Requirements
- Red Seal Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic)
- Proven supervisory/foreman experience in automotive workshop
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license

Salary & Benefits
