? Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fire protection technicians to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Perform on-site assessments and provide guidance to optimize team performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment required for projects.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to protocols.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit progress and risk management reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technology, and fire protection standards.
? Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in the fire protection industry.
- N3 Plumbing or Electrical qualification.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems, pumps, and electrical motors.
- Basic understanding of relevant codes, standards, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different job sites.
