Responsibilities: Functional · Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the foundations strategic objectives. · Identify, pursue, and secure funders, funding opportunities, and donations. · Continuously promote the foundations mission, objectives, and offerings. · Establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships with funders and donors. · Manage and sustain partnerships at both local and international levels. · Build and nurture networks of current and potential partners, funders, and donors. · Prepare and compile comprehensive funding applications. · Strengthen and enhance the foundations brand and reputation. · Manage stakeholder relations and foster positive engagement. · Identify and pursue opportunities that advance the foundations objectives. · Stay informed of industry trends and the evolving needs of funders and potential funders.
