You will work closely with the Finance Director, Finance Manager, suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that records are complete, processes are followed, and administrative controls are properly maintained.

  • Maintaining statutory records and company compliance documentation
  • Monitoring compliance deadlines, renewals, and submissions
  • Maintaining and updating the group asset register
  • Coordinating asset additions, disposals, transfers, and tracking
  • Supporting insurance policy administration, renewals, claims, and related documentation
  • Coordinating travel bookings, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and supporting records
  • Managing company credit card administration and following up on slips, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining organised operational and finance administrative records

Minimum requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • A diploma or qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 23 years administrative or finance support experience
  • Experience in procurement, contracts administration, or compliance administration would be advantageous
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or group environment would be advantageous

The person we are looking for

You should have:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication and coordination skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong record management and documentation discipline
  • Good operational coordination and stakeholder management skills

Why this role matters

This role strengthens Raizcorps operational discipline by improving procurement efficiency, supporting governance and compliance administration, enhancing asset and insurance management, and ensuring that finance-related operational records are properly maintained.
