Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Scheduling and Managing Director and Sales Managers Calendars Client Liaison and cold calling 20-30 calls per day Support for the external sales reps, handling Open Opportunities Internal sales As a back-up for Internal sales team, Quote, Order processing CRM- Follow up on quotes weekly, closing and managing the CRM program. Sales team KPI Reports Visits, Total Quotes, General activity, feedback. Managing sales projects ie: sales reps area lists and how many visits are expected. Documentation Minute taking in meetings and filling out forms for the sales that are on the road.
