This role will support the successful deployment of technology solutions across multiple operational sites, ensuring robust risk management, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business value throughout the project lifecycle. Working within a fast-paced and highly visible programme environment, you will provide strategic oversight of implementation activities, manage complex deployment challenges, and act as a trusted advisor on SAP risk and integration matters. The role offers a blend of project-based and on-site engagement, with occasional travel to operational locations. What You’ll Do Lead SAP risk management and governance activities within production environments Provide oversight and guidance during IT/OT system rollouts across multiple sites Act as an escalation point for complex implementation and deployment challenges Drive rapid issue resolution during critical project and go-live phases Coordinate contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Develop and monitor business value and benefits realisation initiatives Support rollout readiness reviews and performance assessments Deliver implementation risk mitigation strategies and reporting frameworks What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline 15 years of experience within IT/OT environments Strong experience in the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors Proven expertise in SAP integration, governance, and risk management Experience leading large-scale system implementation programmes Exposure to multi-site deployment environments Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to perform effectively in complex, high-pressure environments What Success Looks Like Successful implementation of SAP risk mitigation and governance frameworks Smooth deployment of systems across multiple operational sites Effective resolution of implementation issues with minimal business disruption Strong stakeholder alignment throughout project delivery Clear measurement and reporting of business benefits achieved Consistent delivery of project objectives within agreed timelines and quality standards
