Inventory Controller Greater Kruger Area, Mpumalanga Join a prestigious luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger Area, Mpumalanga as an Inventory Controller . This exciting hospitality opportunity offers the chance to manage and oversee multidepartment inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and auditready reporting. The role is central to maintaining integrity across stock movement, consumption, valuation, wastage, and monthend reporting, while collaborating with HODs, Finance, Procurement, and Group Inventory Management. Job Requirements 24 years hospitality inventory or multidepartment stock management experience Strong analytical and numerical ability Experience with MyStock / MyInventory / POS systems (TallOrder or similar) Ability to supervise Storeman & Administrator functions Solid understanding of hospitality operations (F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail, OEs) High accuracy and disciplined followthrough Collaborative approach with Finance, Procurement & Group Inventory teams Key Responsibilities Oversee daily stock movements across all departments with full SOP compliance Reconcile POS sales vs inventory depletion in highrisk areas (Bar, Gallery, Spa) Validate transfers, wastage, credits, and consumption discrepancies sameday Ensure purchasing requests align with budgets, PAR levels, and approved settings Supervise receiving, storage, and storeroom integrity (FIFO rotation, expiry control, audits) Lead cycle counts and monthend stock counts, investigating variances thoroughly Compile monthend reporting packs including balances, purchases, wastage, and variance reports Maintain master data accuracy, pricing compliance, and system integrity Enforce risk, compliance, and audit controls with complete digital trails Package Market related salary (DOE) Livein Start Date: ASAP
