Somerset West: Retail Sales Consultant – Internal Showroom posted by Merand Corbett & Associates

• Consult with walk-in clients in a luxury showroom environment on tiles, taps, sanitaryware, and accessories
• Support new builds and renovation clients by calculating quantities from building plans
• Provide high-end customer service aligned with the Italtile brand
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals
• Conduct telephonic sales calls and follow-ups with professionals in the industry
• Assist with showroom maintenance: displays, pricing, POS materials
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets 

 REQUIREMENTS: 

• 5+ years’ sales experience (retail/home improvement preferred)
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Target-driven with ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills – written & verbal
• Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Solid arithmetic skills and attention to detail
• Creative flair and design sense
• Own transport and valid SA driver’s licence
• Minimum education: Matric
• Well-groomed, professional, and client-focused
• Able to multitask and meet showroom deadlines
