About the Role
A new Boutique store located in Somerset West is seeking an exceptional, dynamic, and fashion-forward Sales Consultants/Stylists to join their team. The Sales Consultant/Stylist will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand’s fashionable, luxury image.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales targets through active selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain store appearance including merchandising, stock management, and general admin.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure an elevated in-store experience.
- Work effectively within a team while maintaining a polished, professional image.
Requirements
- Strong retail experience, preferably in high-end women’s fashion.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and creating a premium shopping experience.
- Keen eye for detail and understanding of fashion trends.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Well-groomed with confident, professional presentation.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Resides in Somerset West or nearby areas with reliable transport.
- English fluency required; Afrikaans a strong advantage.
