Roles and Responsibilities Source, identify, and qualify candidates for senior-level technical and commercial roles. Headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct detailed qualification calls to assess technical skills, experience, and suitability. Present high-quality CVs and candidate profiles to clients in line with agreed targets. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate activity tracking within CRM systems. Liaise between candidates and clients to coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers. Support the end-to-end process where required, from first contact to placement. Collaborate closely with team members to meet delivery goals and client expectations. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity within target sectors.
