Minimum Requirements:
6-10 years’ experience in an account management role or equivalent
Fluent in English
Good understanding of Amadeus or similar products and the travel industry
Knowledge of Amadeus or similar System (Global Distribution System)
Should have good relationship building skills and communication skills
Must have commercial background and consultative selling approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist and participate in the company’s business activities (such as trade fairs, demos, presentations, customer events, customer loyalty programmes).
To target and approach Subscribers in the Territory following a pipeline agreed with the company.
Knowledge of CRM systems and how to work on them.
Finalizing customer contract renewals 6-months prior to expiration.
Provide Competitive feedback on market activities, with basic benchmarking on products, solutions or trends from competitors.
Provide weekly reports to the Manager, Extended Territories regarding Sales activity pipeline, Account Management, segments, challenges, outcomes and recommended improvements to strengthen the customer service in the market.
To assist with booking training sessions on the company products and communicate to customers on training sessions available.
