About the Role

Our client, a well-established Australian-based international company offering outsourced staffing solutions, is seeking a self-starting Administration Clerk to join their team on a night shift. As a remote worker from home, you will be responsible for managing various administrative duties for one of their clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on service-related tasks
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Maintain customer records, update databases, and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
  • Data entry, order processing, quoting, researching, calendar management
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner, through email, chat, and calls

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3+ years admin experience
  • Strong understanding of admin principles, best practices, and problem-solving techniques
