About the Role
We are seeking a professional and experienced Anchor / Front of House & Guide Couple to join our luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger area. This live-in role combines guest-facing hospitality, front-of-house management, and guiding responsibilities to deliver exceptional safari and lodge experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Welcome, engage, and assist guests throughout their stay
- Conduct guided safari experiences, demonstrating extensive knowledge of wildlife and conservation
- Coordinate lodge operations in partnership with other team members
- Maintain lodge presentation, organisation, and cleanliness standards
- Support staff development and training where applicable
- Uphold health, safety, and operational compliance standards
- Assist with daily administration and reporting as required
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury safari lodge front-of-house and guiding roles
- FGASA or equivalent guiding qualification
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
- First Aid certification
- Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation principles
- Ability to deliver personalised, educational, and engaging game drives
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Ability to work in a remote and dynamic environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-driven
Salary & Benefits
R25,000 – R28,000 DOE
