About the Role

G-Core Capital is seeking an experienced Automation Specialist (Robotics) to join our team. As a key member of our automation department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity in our automotive manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Analyze existing process to identify opportunities for automation and improvement
• System Design and Development: Design, develop and implement automated systems and processes using various tools and technologies
• Testing and Validation: Thoroughly test and validate automation systems and processes using various tools and technologies
• Trouble shooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation infrastructure, addressing any issues that arise
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, ensuring clear communication and understanding
• Collaboration with cross functional teams to identify automation need and solutions
• System Performance Assessments: Conduct regular system performance assessments make recommendations for optimisation
• Cost Benefit Analysis: Perform cost benefit analysis to justify automation investments
• Reporting: Generate reports on automation project performance and results
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Integration: Integrate automation systems with other systems or analytical tools
• Technical Support: Provide maintenance and production technical support
• Spare Parts Control: Manage spare parts control

Requirements

• BTech Degree Electronics / Programming and/or relevant qualification
• At least 5 years relevant and/or similar experience in automotive manufacturing/manufacturing, Technical Training, Programming and Robotics
