Drive category growth and shape shopper strategy at scale. This is a high-impact role where commercial insight meets execution excellence.
You will be accountable for developing and delivering an integrated Sales Out category strategy that maximises basket conversion and drives brand and category growth. Working across channels and key customers, you will translate commercial objectives into actionable shopper plans, underpinned by robust analytics, pricing strategy, and trade marketing execution.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Finance, requiring strong collaboration to build and execute customer-specific plans. You will play a critical role in embedding customer marketing capability within the business unit while continuously enhancing team performance and commercial outcomes.

What Youll Do
- Build deep understanding of shopper behaviour and category drivers to unlock growth opportunities
- Develop and contribute to integrated business plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Partner with Marketing to support innovation launches and drive brand participation
- Collaborate with Sales to create and execute customer-specific plans and joint business initiatives
- Lead revenue management initiatives including pricing, portfolio optimisation, and trade investment
- Ensure flawless execution of shopper and trade marketing plans
- Deliver actionable insights through regular performance reviews and reporting
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in a commercial field
- Minimum 5 years experience within FMCG trade, category, or revenue management
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, analytics, and portfolio management
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and key customers
- Leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical and insight generation skills
