About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, managing eCommerce platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. If you have a proven track record in increasing product visibility and sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns – SEO, PPC, social media
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms
- Support eCommerce platform management including uploading content and managing product listings on sites such as Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Shein, Temu
- Handle product imagery and data for e-commerce platforms, across different brands
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and web traffic metrics
- Assist in customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing material
- Perform SEO and PPC activities to increase visibility and traffic
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in eCommerce product listing and optimisation role
- Proven track record of increasing product visibility and sales
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent copy writing skills for compelling product descriptions
- Experience with TikTok Shop and other emerging platforms is a plus!
