About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Guide I FOH Couple to join our Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger National Park area, providing exceptional guiding services and guest engagement while ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct two game drives per day on rotation
- Deliver exceptional interpretive guiding and guest engagement
- Manage lodge maintenance and overall property upkeep
- Assist in staff Management and training
- Support lodge operations and step into management when required
- Participate in guest hosting and camp operations
- Conduct weekly town trips when required
- Assist with lodge administration and operational oversight
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 4 / 5* lodge environment
- Strong guiding background (Trails Guide preferred)
- Minimum Qualifications:
- FGASA Level 1
- FGASA Lead Trails Guide
- FGASA ARH First aid level 1
- Valid PRDP NQF2 (including unit standards 8440&8478)
- VPDA First Aid Level 1
