About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our small Resort in the Central Drakensberg, where you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team and creating delicious menus that showcase your culinary skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost menu planning and preparation
- Create creative dishes using seasonal ingredients
- Manage a team of kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements
- Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar establishment
- Strong cost management and budgeting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
