About the Role
We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and service-driven Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious 5-star boutique hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing.
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Requirements
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Proficient in computer systems (hotel systems experience advantageous).
