About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Supervisor to join a well-established hospitality team in Pretoria North East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Supervise a team of front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Process guest payments and handle cash handling transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room bookings, and payment history
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Hospitality Diploma
- 3–4 years’ experience in a large 4/5 Star Hotel or Game Lodge environment
- Own transport
