About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic couple to join our game lodge team as Field Guide and Duty Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences while also contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guided tours and activities for guests in accordance with FOSA guidelines
- Maintain the lodge’s maintenance equipment and perform routine upkeep tasks
- Manage day-to-day operations of the lodge, including handling guest issues and making decisions under pressure
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Valid PDP (Professional Driver’s Permit)
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid first aid Level 1 certification
- Deat registered (minimum level 1 Fgasa accreditation)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a guide
- Experience with maintenance tasks is beneficial

- R9500 per month (negotiable depending on experience) for Guide
