About the Role
We are proud to be partnering with an acclaimed, award-winning Safari Lodge in Botswana in their search for an exceptional General Manager / Management Couple. This is a prestigious opportunity to lead operations at a property renowned for its extraordinary guest experiences, ecological commitment, and world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage remote, high-end safari lodges and consistently deliver unforgettable, five-star guest experiences in the heart of Africa.
- Deliver highly personalised, world-class service that consistently exceeds expectations for discerning international clientele.
- Establish, implement, and maintain robust standard operating procedures in complex, remote operational settings.
- Provide exceptional guest service skills and a genuine passion for delivering extraordinary, personalised safari experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ senior management experience as a General Manager within luxury safari lodges or comparable remote, high-end hospitality environments across Southern Africa.
- Broad exposure across Southern Africa.
- Proven track record managing and engaging with high-end international clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised luxury experiences that consistently meet and exceed international standards.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
