About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team at Mount Carmel Farms, where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Global GAAP, FSSC, Farming for the future, and SIZA standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our commercial farm’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance and systems are up to date
  • Manage relevant administration and reporting
  • Prepare for and facilitate external audits
  • Training and development of individuals related to the system
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communications as it relates to the system

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in compliance management or a related field

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications in compliance management, accounting, or a relevant field (e.g. Bachelor’s degree, LLB, Matric)

Salary & Benefits
