Job Description

We are a high-end kitchen and cabinetry studio specialising in bespoke, luxury residential designs. We are looking for a talented Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant who is passionate about design and confident in closing sales.

This role combines creative design, client consultation, and sales, ideal for someone who enjoys working with discerning clients and delivering premium solutions.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Meet with clients (in showroom and on-site) to understand their design needs, style, and budget
  • Provide expert design advice and space planning solutions
  • Create kitchen designs using Winner design software
  • Develop accurate quotations and costings based on designs
  • Present concepts and proposals to clients
  • Close sales and manage the full client journey from concept to installation
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in kitchen design, interior design, or similar sales-driven design role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical plans
  • Experience using Winner design software
  • Proven sales ability (important this is a sales-driven role)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organised
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Valid drivers licence and own transport

  • Experience in high-end residential projects
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and cabinetry
