About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Lodge Manager to join a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area. The successful candidate will oversee all lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day-to-day management.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all daily lodge operations and ensuring high standards of service
- Managing, training, and supporting lodge staff
- Coordinating guest services and addressing guest needs promptly
- Managing budgets, stock control, and administrative duties
- Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers
- Reporting to lodge owners or management on operational matters
Requirements
Skills and experience in lodge management, customer service, and staff supervision.

Formal education/certifications not specified. Relevant experience in luxury hospitality highly recommended.
