Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Operations Manager to oversee a growing wellness and retail portfolio, including three boutique day spas and two retail outlets. This role is ideal for a strategic systems thinker who can balance exceptional client experiences with strong retail performance. You will lead operations across all locations, ensuring a consistent luxury brand experience while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management & Quality Control Oversee daily operations across spas and retail outlets, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent brand standards Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements Manage logistics and inventory flow between locations to optimise stock levels and minimise waste Conduct regular quality assurance audits to maintain premium service and presentation standards Marketing & Revenue Growth Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, memberships, and digital marketing initiatives Create strategies that convert spa guests into retail customers and vice versa Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and luxury brands Oversee social media presence across all boutiques while maintaining a cohesive brand voice Monitor expenses, payroll, and stock performance Retail & Merchandising Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and retail presentation standards Source and manage premium skincare and wellness products aligned with the brand Analyse inventory and sales data to optimise product performance Coordinate retail events, activations, and pop-up experiences Leadership & Team Development Recruit; train, and mentor therapists and retail teams Set clear performance targets for customer service and retail sales Implement training programmes focused on consultative selling and customer engagement Foster a positive, high-performance wellness culture across all locations Requirements 35 years experience in multi-unit spa management, luxury hospitality, or a similar environment Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience with Chidesk or similar spa management software Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and data-driven decision-making Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Self-driven with an entrepreneurial, owners mindset Valid drivers license with own reliable transport Why Join?
