About the Role

We Are Hiring! We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to manage and support daily logistics and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations, and is ready to step into a supervisory position without being fully senior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics and operational activities
  • Manage and support a team of drivers / coordinators / warehouse staff
  • Ensure efficient route planning, scheduling, and dispatch
  • Monitor operations to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
  • Handle client communication and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain accurate reporting and operational records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in logistics, transport, or operations
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Computer literate (Excel essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
