Role: Regional Manager Investment Management Category: Financial Services Location: Gauteng Salary: Market-related Are you an experienced leader in the financial services sector looking for a rewarding senior-level role? Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to join their team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Distribution Wealth and take charge of regional marketing strategies, market share growth, and profitability Key Responsibilities: Strategy Execution: Execute the Distribution business strategy across the region . Financial Growth: Drive revenue and profitability growth while managing expenses and operational budgets . Risk & Compliance: Manage advice, compliance, and financial risks associated with Financial Advisers, ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations . Business Development: Build partnerships and networks to facilitate business expansion and manage the recruitment and vesting of Adviser Offices . Innovation: Manage change and business innovation per Adviser office and embed the standard advice process . Leadership: Provide people management and leadership, including talent identification and development . Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria: Education: A Financial degree, such as BCom (Finance) and/or CFP. Certification: Key Individual (RE1) qualification. Experience: 5 or more years of experience. Industry Knowledge: Broad and significant experience within the financial services industry, preferably in a distribution or broker environment. Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial services products, regulatory legislation, compliance, and leadership/management.
