Location: North Riding

Salary: R7 000 – R12 000 p.m.

Our client is looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Consultant who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will interact well with customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Consultant will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Answer incoming call enquiries and respond to online email enquiries.
• Send out quotes.
• Follow up on quotes sent.
• Check for proof of payment.
• Discuss the service offering with walk in customers.
• Assist with the admin.
• Schedule job times and dates with customers.
• Plan logistical routes.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Maintain and update the interior design of the office.
• Prepare customer satisfaction reports and assist with HR functions.

Experience:
• Experience in the storage, logistics or transport industry is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience.
• Matric mandatory.
• Sales diplomas or degrees preferable.
