Working hours: Generally determined by the opening hours of the restaurant or dining room – Typical shifts usually run from 06h30 to 15h30 / 11h00 to close (typically by 21h00), with a 1 hour lunch break. The pastry shift is normally from 08h00 to 17h00. Chefs generally remain on the same shift for one week at a time before rotating onto the next shift. ????? ????
