About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team in Johannesburg North, with the ambition and capability to progress into a Future Dealer Principal role. As a driven leader, you will be responsible for growing sales performance, leading a strong team, and playing a key role in expanding dealership success.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow monthly vehicle sales from 40 to 80 units
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales growth and exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven track record of growing new and used vehicle sales within a franchised dealership
- Strong leadership ability with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent commercial and business acumen
